By accessing or using ElimuNexus ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school, you confirm you have authority to bind that school to these terms.

Access is provided to schools and their authorized staff, students, and parents/guardians. Accounts are created and managed by school administrators; you may not share your login credentials with others.

3. Acceptable use

Use the platform only for legitimate school administration, teaching, learning, and communication purposes.
Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or areas of the platform you are not authorized to use.
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. School and user data

Schools remain responsible for the accuracy of academic, financial, and student data they enter. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect data.

5. SMS and communication features

Where a school enables SMS notifications (e.g. results, fee reminders), message delivery depends on the school's SMS credit balance and third-party network availability, and is not guaranteed.

6. Fees and payment
